JDH Company was formed on January 1st, 1997 by Jay Helton, Ricky Miller, George Walden and Don Franklin who worked in the field and in the office to help the company get off the ground to form a solid business. JDH Company took on complex projects including schools, shopping centers, churches and government buildings which challenged the skills and abilities of the company. We have hired and maintained employees with skills and strong character who are truly a credit to the company's success.
Since our very beginning, JDH Company, Inc. has successfully grown into one of the largest and most reputable commercial roofing and sheet metal companies in the southeast by bringing 100 years combined of roofing expertise together within the company. JDH Company, Inc.'s mission statement has always been to serve our industry and community with the best quality services and products in a timely, cost effective and professional manner to build and maintain lasting relationships.
Specializing in TPO, EPDM, Modified and Built-Up Roof Systems, JDH Company, Inc has also been recognized as a Firestone Master Contractor, Versico's Knighthood Award and noticed as Carlisle's Top Contractor for the last 17 years.
Currently, we successfully complete over 100 projects per year with contract amounts ranging up to $2 Million, which most are occupied structures that must continue their daily operations undisturbed. JDH Company, Inc. is committed to making sure that all clients are successful with their business as we work efficiently and professionally as not to interrupt their day to day operations.
We are proud members of and in good standing with the National Roofing Contractors Association, Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce, Chattanooga BBB, Tennessee Association of Roofing Contractors, Associated General Contractors, and Construction Specifications Institute. We have/or are serving on each of these boards to make our company the best through making our organizations, but we take pride in being involved in our community. JDH Company, Inc. serves alongside The Children's Advocacy Center, Shepherd's Arm Rescue Mission, Salvation Army, Choices, Bethel Bible Village and many other organizations.
